Job Summary

We are a fast‑growing online marketplace for shortlet rentals, apartment leasing, and rentage, connecting homeowners, estate managers, leasing agents, and property seekers on one digital platform.
We are looking for a hands‑on Growth & Marketplace Acquisition Marketer to drive rapid onboarding of homeowners, estate managers, and leasing agents while also generating customer demand through digital and physical engagement strategies.
Your primary goal is to build supply (property listings) and demand (renters and shortlet customers) simultaneously, ensuring strong market visibility, trust, and traction.

Key Responsibilities

• Homeowners & Agents Acquisition: Actively recruit homeowners, estate managers, leasing and rentage agents to list apartments and shortlets on the platform.
• Customer Acquisition: Drive renter and shortlet customer sign‑ups.
• Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution: Plan and execute campaigns. Track campaign performance and optimize for sign‑ups and conversions.
• Growth Strategy & Reporting: Track & provide weekly growth insights and market feedback to management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in growth marketing, field marketing, or marketplace acquisition.
• Strong background in social media marketing and digital campaign execution.
• Experience with physical, grassroots, or community‑based marketing is mandatory.
• Prior exposure to real estate, property rentals, shortlets, hospitality, or marketplace platforms is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑driven, energetic, and comfortable working in early‑stage startup environments.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision.
