What You’ll Do

  • Handle visa applications for the UK, Canada, USA, and Schengen countries
  • Guide clients on requirements and documentation
  • Prepare and submit applications correctly and on time
  • Communicate with embassies and related offices
  • Work with the travel team to ensure a smooth client experience

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 2 years’ experience in travel agency operations, visa processing or immigration services
  • Good knowledge of UK, Canada, USA, and Schengen visa processes
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
