AdditionalTerms & Conditions:

Applicable Withholding Tax (2% WHT)will be deducted.

Quotations submission requirements:

• Complete quote for all items on RFQ on letterhead signed
• Company CAC and TIN details
• Preferred vendors who have a physical presence in Sokoto is an added advantage.
• Warranty on the items
• After services maintenance for at least 6 months is an added advantage

Incomplete offersshall not be examined

Evaluationcriteria:

• Offers will be evaluated basedon their responsiveness to the specification, price, payment terms & delivery time.
• CBM reserves the right to reject anyor all bidswhen considered to be in the bestinterest of the organisation and/or the people it serves.

Method of Application

Submissionof offers:

• The Quotation MUST reach the CBM on or before 26\03\2026 to qualify for this Bid Request.
