Property Content & Marketplace Officer.

At Surepropertyhub.com, we believe great property content sells homes. We are growing our team and looking for a creative, field-ready professional to own how our properties look and live across every platform — from Instagram to the top real estate marketplaces.

What you will do

• Visit properties across Lagos and capture high-quality photos and videos using your phone or camera

• Produce short, engaging property walkthrough content for social media (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)

• Upload and manage property listings across our marketplaces (Surepropertyhub.com) with accurate details and compelling descriptions

• Keep all listings up to date — pricing, availability, specifications, and media

• Support the social media team with property content, captions, and posting schedules

• Produce monthly performance reports across our sales channels and social platforms

Who we are looking for

• Creative eye

• Great with a phone camera

• Organised and detail-oriented

• Comfortable with social media

• Willing to travel for shoots

• Team player

Requirements

• OND, HND, or BSc in any relevant field — or equivalent practical experience

• Proficiency with Instagram, Facebook, and online listing platforms

• Basic photo/video editing skills (CapCut, Canva, or similar tools)

• Strong written communication for property descriptions and captions

• Experience in real estate is an advantage — but not required. We will train the right person.
