Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee daily production operations, ensuring smooth workflow and top quality.
• Manage production schedules and deadlines to deliver on time, every time.
• Coordinate and motivate the production team to consistently meet and exceed targets.
• Maintain strict quality control across all garments and products.
• Collaborate closely with design and merchandising teams to bring creative collections to life.
• Track inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods proactively.
• Develop and implement cost-efficient production strategies without sacrificing quality.
• Monitor production metrics and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

• 4-6 years of proven experience as a Production Manager in similar roles.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Thrive under pressure in a fast-moving, creative environment.
• Deep knowledge of garment production processes and quality standards.
