Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the daily operations of a fast-growing herbal company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficiency across production, supply chain, inventory, and distribution while maintaining high-quality standards and regulatory compliance. This role requires strong leadership, process improvement expertise, and a solid understanding of the herbal or FMCG industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations across production, logistics, inventory, and distribution
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, quality standards, and safety policies
• Manage supply chain processes, including sourcing of raw herbal materials and vendor relationships
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to avoid stock shortages or overstocking
• Lead, supervise, and mentor operations staff to achieve performance targets
• Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Marketing, Finance) to ensure smooth business operations
• Analyze operational data and generate reports to support strategic decision-making
• Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure proper documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) are maintained

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 6–10 years of proven experience in operations management)
• Strong knowledge of supply chain management, inventory control, and production processes
• Experience working with regulatory bodies and quality control standards is an added advantage
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and operations management software
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving environment
