Role Summary

The Digital Sales Manager and Business Development Manager roles are integral to Salesprobook.com mission of building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth. Responsibilities

  • Sales Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting and qualifying leads through various channels (email, social media, cold calling, etc.).
  • Client Engagement: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and positioning Gimopos.com solutions to meet their business goals.
  • Sales Strategy: Assist in developing and executing sales strategies that align with the company’s growth objectives and market trends.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, customer support, and product teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment on sales initiatives.
  • Market Research: Continuously gather insights about industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer pain points to refine sales approaches.
  • Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, progress toward goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Qualifications

  • Education: A First Degree, HND, NCE, or OND qualification in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Experience:
  • Previous experience in sales, business development, or customer service is an advantage (but not required).
  • Familiarity with SaaS (Software as a Service) products is a plus.
